My journey as a tutor began during my senior year of high school, when I worked at Mathnasium as a K-12 math tutor. My passion for learning and teaching led me to take 12+ AP classes, gain achievements like National Merit scholar, graduate as salutatorian, & earn scholarships to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

At MIT, most of my coursework focused on advanced math (calculus, statistics, algorithms) or applied sciences (physics, circuits). I continued to teach and learn by working with research teams - on-campus and with IBM - and volunteering as a summer STEM tutor at a local girls' science club. In 2019, I graduated with an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science.

After college, I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where I have worked on-and-off as a math and standardized test tutor between a full-time Product Management job at Salesforce. I worked with Varsity Tutors before the pandemic, but now tutor independently online full-time with focus on 6-12 math.
