"Hi, I'm Taskin! I studied Mechanical Engineering and attended one of New York City's top-rated specialized technical high schools. My love for being an educator comes from all of the wonderful mentors and teachers that I've grown to know, and have grown with, over the years. I have worked in DOE schools, managed after school programs, implemented robotics, coding (JavaScript, Python), urban planning, hydroponics and so on. In my multiple years of tutoring experience, I have assisted other students with their specialized high school examinations, and have also taught chemistry, physics, algebra, trigonometry, calculus, linear algebra, and many other STEM topics. I am currently the Assistant Director of STEM for 140~ schools at an educational non-profit organization during the day, dedicating my work to the development of STEM in underserved neighborhoods.

I mainly wanted to tutor occasionally during my off hours, to go back to assisting students with their educational needs and inquiries. I have 5+ years of teaching and tutoring experience both in classroom and one-on-one settings.
