My name is Moin and I'm looking forward to meeting you.

I have a passion for teaching because, for me, teaching is the best way of learning. Regardless of how many times I have taught a subject, I learn something new in every teaching session. I also believe that one's interest in a subject depends very much on the teaching one received. Mathematics is my most favorite subject - I simply love this subject. I am skilled in mathematics - thanks to my teachers at various levels who generated interest in mathematics and taught me what a good teaching means.

I teach mathematics in almost all its areas - Algebra, Arithmetic, Calculus, Geometry, Pre-Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, and Statistics, and of course SAT/ACT Mathematics Preparation. Three other subjects I enjoy teaching are Statics, Dynamics, and Solid Mechanics. These three subjects are of course mathematical.

My professional degrees are in Mechanical Engineering with two PhD degrees, one from IIT Roorkee, India and the other from the University of Oklahoma, USA. I have 25+ years of teaching experience in various engineering schools.

With all my passion for mathematics and teaching, I can always assure my students of the best possible results. I take this as my responsibility that grades and scores of my students improve. And, I also try that my students develop interest in the subject I'm teaching them.

After hearing from a student or his/her parents/guardian, I like to schedule first an introductory session; this session is always free. With an introductory session, I and the prospective student get introduced informally and develop a comfort level. Also, in that session, I give a short (about 30 minutes) tutoring demonstration. With this demonstration, the students gets to know how good would my tutoring be for him/her." less...
