"History is fun! I didn't think so when I was a kid. But I learned the secret in college and now I'm hooked -- and I promise, you will be too. After receiving a BA, MA and doing work towards a Phd in history at UCLA, I started writing history books (the "Nutshell Notes" series), taught American history in Lithuania and tutored learning disabled students. I now teach Western Civilization and Middle East History at Santa Monica College, conduct professional development classes for Social Studies teachers, and help students achieve outstanding scores on their AP history exams.
