"I am passionate about history and world travel and am currently working towards a Master's in Ancient and Classical History. I also hold Bachelor's degrees in both Forest Resources and Business Information Systems. This breadth of knowledge helps me to bring a different and valuable perspective towards my tutoring. I enjoy assisting students with the historical research process and in guiding others in forming their own thought processes about history and what it means to them. I also particularly enjoy editing and proofreading papers, and helping students to improve their communication potential; my experience in technical, business, and historical writing allows me to take an invaluable multidisciplinary approach towards reviewing students' work.

I have personally traveled to around 40 countries and to most of the world's great archaeological sites. This firsthand travel experience helps me to make history come alive for others in a way that books alone cannot as I can provide personal descriptions as to what these sites are like. I relish inspiring others to travel internationally to increase their knowledge of other cultures.
