"I've been a private tutor, academic coach, and holistic teen life coach in Chicago and the North Shore since 1993. I make long-term commitments to students and families, beginning in middle or high school, through the college application process and beyond.

I work with middle school, high school and college students in study skills, organization skills, reading comprehension, speed reading, writing, college application essays, SAT/ACT/GRE verbal section, English/English AP, science, history and other humanities-related subjects.

Whether they are labeled gifted, ADD/ADHD or anything in between, all the students I've worked with are creative, smart, and competent. Without exception, they all want to be more capable as human beings, more self aware, more assertive, and more kind to themselves and others.
