"With an Honors Degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka I bring a solid foundation in Biology, Chemistry, and related sciences to my tutoring. While my major was Molecular Biology, I have minored in Chemistry, Botany and Zoology in my first two years as a undergraduate. My academic journey has included an in-depth focus on Molecular Biology Including Biochemistry, Genetics, Recombinant DNA Technology, and various analytical techniques, equipping me to guide students through complex topics in the sciences.

In my previous roles, I have mentored undergraduate students and collaborated with high school learners visiting the university, fostering curiosity and engagement in Molecular Biology. As a Research Assistant and later as a coordinator of the COVID-19 diagnostic team, I gained hands-on experience in explaining advanced scientific concepts in accessible terms.
