"I have a profound interest, love and passion towards teaching at a College/University level. I am always zealous and ambitious to impact as many undergraduate students as possible in teaching especially chemistry and see their lives change as a result of my contribution. I joined Western Michigan University at Kalamazoo since January 2008 and was working as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for the last five and half years as part of my doctoral program. Since the year 2008, I have been working mainly as traditional/laboratory instructor and partly as a lecturer in the department of chemistry. I really enjoy teaching the diversity of undergraduate students as well as working with distinguished professors of the university.

I have in-depth experience of teaching students with diverse multicultural and academic backgrounds at a university level. I am aware and have worked with the different learning styles and various teaching methods that enhance students’ engagement and achievement both in a class room and laboratory. I have done this for the last five and half years and teaching General Chemistry I (CHEM 1110 and CHEM 1100), Introduction to Organic Chemistry (CHEM 3710), Organic Chemistry I (CHEM 3760) and Organic Chemistry II (CHEM 3780) courses. In addition I have been teaching at California State University, East Bay for about four years and still enjoy teaching chemistry.

I am a PhD holder in chemistry with a good number of articles. I love chemistry and teaching chemistry is my dream life for me. I normally teach General chemistry classes for undergraduate or college students.
