"Hi, I am Carlin J., and I am a Florida A&M University student. I am a rising junior and I'm majoring in Pre-Physical Therapy. I have worked 5+ years as a volunteer, camp counselor, and mentor for various of organizations. I am able to work with all ages of kids, but I have shown to give more help to children of the ages of 10 and under. I am strong in math and reading. Throughout my various of times of working with children, I have always made an effort to building their confidence towards their work and making sure they gain more knowledge then they had before I tutored them.

As a tutor, I know the job requires for me to understand the student's behaviors, especially learning habits. I will always try to cater to student because I want them to be comfortable and gain more out of the sessions. Lastly, I think the students learn best when they practiced what is being taught at the sessions and apply it for themselves when they are not having sessions.
