"I have over 15 years in teaching and substitute teaching for all subjects and grade levels including adult ed. I have a business certification along with Pre-k through 6th grades and TESOL k - 12 certifications.

I have traveled to many places throughout the US, Canada, Mexico and many islands in the Caribbean.

I love to see students learn and grow in their abilities to better their own learning skills.

I have studied nutrition on my own time for many years. I love learning as much as I can. I have been vegan for many years. I had my own vegan cafe for a short period of time. I am a part of the vegan society in our county.
