"My name is Christina V. I'm Greek American. I enjoy spending time with my family, relaxing by watching TV or reading, going to the gym and traveling. I graduated from Chabot College in 1999 with an AA Degree in Early Childhood education. When I graduated high school I worked at a home daycare and after college I worked at a preschool as a teacher aide.

During the school year of 2002, I got hired for Pittsburg Unified School district and I am currently still an employee. I have experience with Preschool- 5th grade. I've e been a 1-on-1 aide, I've worked in a SDC classroom and currently I'm a resource aide. I help students who need help with reading and math.

I'm a mother to twins, a boy and a girl who are 7 years old. I am a Greek dance instructor at my church for the elementary kids ages 5 - 11 years old and I also volunteer with teaching Sunday school. I applied to become a tutor because I want to help kids who are struggling with certain subjects in school to give them extra help that they can't receive in the classroom.
