"I have an Associate's Degree in Firearms Technology. I have Bachelor's Degrees in History, English, and Communications. I am currently working on my Master's in Business Administration as well as a Bachelor's in Psychology.

I have run a small business for the last 25 years and I hire people and train them to do everything from sales to order picking and packing to delivery work. In this capacity I frequently mentor people on one as well as in a group setting.

I have a 2nd degree blackbelt in American Kenpo Karate and served as an assistant instructor at a martial arts school for 5 years. During that time I taught children as young as three all the way up to adults as old as sixty. In that setting I used to mentor people one on one as well as in a group setting. I used to serve as an official for both MMA and kickboxing fights, both professional and amateur.
