My name is Mary, and I finished my Associate's degree at HACC in 2012. I've been working in the Information Technology Desktop Support environment since then and found if very enjoyable. I have noticed that there are many people that are needing to learn how to use the computer in their jobs and they are having a difficult time learning new terminologies. I'm here to help!

My experience includes helping people learn many of the Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, & Outlook. I have some experience with Publisher. It can be daunting to learn the new Windows 10 operating system, and I can help you with that. My experience extends to all Windows platforms.
