I am a professionally licensed Special Education Teacher in the state of California. I've taught since 1999, mainly at the elementary level, with some middle school and high school experienced. I am a professionally licensed Special Education Teacher. I continue to teach elementary academics here in the Bay area.

I can be the tutor for your needs and or your student's needs. I see proven success at the elementary levels daily and I see so many students who are succeeding.

I teach students to comprehend literature, writing, grammar, concepts of writing, Phonics, Phonemic awareness, spelling, Mathematics at the elementary level. I am with them the entire way to success. I am a former Spelling Bee Champion, a Special Education Phonics, Writing, reading, math and science Teacher. Math and Science were some of my best subjects but so are decoding, phonics, phonemic awareness, writing and reading comprehension.

I have memory skills and strategies available for all students. I am an experienced phonics instruction interventionalist. I use research-based reading interventions.

I also study for the students before I get there and I continue to work for them between sessions. In other words, I will come prepared and ready to work, study and encourage your students to achieve higher levels of comprehension in the subject they are working on.

I know this sounds like a lot of work to you, but please let me assure you that I do most of the work. The tutoring sessions are times of refreshing breakthroughs in students' decoding skills and comprehension. Your student will gain confidence in reading and writing.
