"I discovered books at the age of 4 and the love affair continues to this day. I want to share the joy, magic and thrill of discovery with an eager young mind. Knowledge is power and the key to being a productive member of society. I want to help broaden the horizons and expand the mindset of my students. My experiences as a Youth Counselor and Adult Literacy Instructor have taught me that the one size fits all approach does not apply to learning. Individuals have unique and distinct ways of processing information, some are visual learners others are hearing learners and some are a combination of both. The most successful approach is one that targets the strengths and weaknesses of the learner and develops a study plan that will insure the most productive and positive outcome.

I love to see the face of my student light up when a difficult concept is grasped. It is like magic. The confidence and self esteem that is awakened when one discovers their potential and realizes that the only limits they face are self imposed, opens up a world of possibilities and self discovery.
