"My name is Esha, and I am an incoming medical student with a B.S. in Cellular, Molecular, and Physiological Neuroscience from the University of Maryland, College Park. My passion for teaching has been a driving force throughout my academic journey, leading me to take on numerous educator roles.

In high school, I worked as an instructor at the Kumon Math and Reading Program, where I taught students aged 4 to 15. During this time, I focused on providing one-on-one instruction in elementary English and Mathematics, fostering strong foundational skills in young learners.

During my undergraduate career, I further honed my teaching abilities as a teaching assistant for four semesters. I began by leading discussions in an Introduction to Public Health course, where I guided college freshmen in exploring global health topics and developing cultural and literary competency. For the next three semesters, I served as a teaching assistant for Introduction to Cell Biology, working with students ranging from freshmen to seniors. My priority was ensuring that students not only understood the material but also felt engaged and supported throughout the course.
