"I am teacher, wife and mother of three daughters. I am certified K-8th grade; all subjects and 9th grade science. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Ed and a Master of Ed degree in Curriculum, Instruction & Leadership. I taught elementary and middle school for 10 years and then moved on to teach as a math adjunct professor. I taught higher education for 13 years. For 6+ years I have been tutoring at Big Brothers/Big Sisters in Northwest Michigan. I have also been tutoring elementary and middle school aged children in all areas of the curriculum, all over the US. Each one of my students enter tutoring with different needs and grades; after a short period of time they all successfully gain confidence and knowledge. Online tutoring has been my new adventure. I have mastered Zoom and Google Meet and absolutely love what it can do! As a retired teacher this new platform has proven to be incredible.
