"I'm a leadership and professional development executive with over 12 years of experience hiring and managing employees. I've hired hundreds of frontline employees, supervisors, managers, trainers, and staff as the Head of CX and as a contact center manager. I've also managed all of those employees after hiring them, so I've gotten to see over and over how reality compares to interview answers, and have adjusted my approach so that my interviews test for the skills and attitudes that I want to see in the workplace.
If you're hiring but aren't sure what to ask during an interview (or what to do with the answers you get) let me help you create an interview guide that will help you to identify the people you want working for you, and help you to ask the right questions so that you can find the right people.

If you feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or like crying or throwing things (or both), I promise you'll feel a billion times better after we talk. I specialize in students who don't have a great math foundation, and have helped tons of students to get over their math-phobia and enjoy crunching numbers (and variables).
I've moved Math SAT scores over 200 points, ACT Math scores 10+ points, and have had more than one successful student get a perfect score." less...
