"I am currently a graduate student and teaching assistant in Mathematics at the University of Pennsylvania. During the course of my studies I have run recitations and workshops for mathematics courses from the pre-freshman to the postgraduate level, and have planned, designed, and taught two full-credit summer courses from scratch. I have been privately tutoring students for over a decade, and have experience in tutoring subjects from Algebra I to Calculus and beyond.

I believe strongly that mathematics is a skill that anybody can learn, and that it is just the way mathematics is taught in traditional settings that may not suit everyone perfectly.
