"Hi! My name is Nadine L. I graduated high school with a 6.85 GPA, and I am currently a rising senior student at Brown University studying Business Economics. I have always had a passion and love for mathematics, and throughout high school and college, I would always help my peers around me with any struggles they had in their math courses. I realized that for every math problem, there was a difficult and easy way to solve it, and many of those I helped would opt for the more complicated approach. However, I was able to teach them how to solve even the trickiest of problems in the simplest and quickest way possible. Furthermore, I try to make my lessons enjoyable and engaging, so that math will never become a subject a student will dread.

I specialize in Algebra I, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, and Geometry. I took those classes in honors, and had 99-100 averages all year. On my SAT, I received an 800 on the Math section, and I also received an 800 on the SAT Math Level II Subject Test. My Reading/Writing composite score was a 740, but have retaken the exams multiple times afterwards to help tutor my younger sister and her friends and have received consistent 800s.
