"Hi, my name is Dipon! I am currently a second year student at the University of Pennsylvania studying Economics, Statistics, and History. Due to the diversity of my coursework, I feel confident in both my math and humanities skills. Throughout my academic journey I have faced a lot of challenges and it was nice to have supporting instructors to lean on during those times. My experience studying at a top high school in New York City and now studying at one of the ten best universities in America has prepared me to help other students and give them the same support I was given.

I have a little bit more than a year's worth of professional tutoring experience. In high school I tutored a lot of students online during the pandemic for AP courses such as AP US History and AP English Language. I also have tutored at an in person tutoring center and primarily taught math from the middle school level onwards. As a tutor I feel responsible for every single one of my students and will always go above and beyond to make sure they succeed. During my sessions I ensure that my students not only understand how to complete problems for the sake of an exam, but also that they understand the material on an intuitive level that will allow them to navigate the entire course more comfortably. I am proficient in math until Calculus 3. I can also provide help with essay writing, especially for the purposes of college admissions and history courses.
