"I have been teaching elementary school for 19 years. I have an Elementary Teaching certification in grades K-6 along with a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Pittsburgh. I absolutely love what I do!

I currently teach 5th grade ELA and also have vast experience in teaching Kindergarten, First Grade, and Second Grade. I am a strong believer in communication. I believe student success is achieved through working together as a team to ensure the best possible learning outcome for the student. I have successful approaches to teaching that include one-on-one instruction, small group instruction, and whole group instruction. I have tutored in the past both in-person and virtually.
