Teaching in general, not only limited to teaching Japanese or English, is something I love as a career. Even though my current day job is Accounting/Finance & Human Resources at a Japanese manufacturing company, teaching is always what I do with passion and enthusiasm.
As a hobby, I love hiking, BBQing, visiting National/State parks, going to the gym (muscle training, yoga, running, swimming, etc.), and playing the piano.
As educational background, I graduated from California State University Northridge with an M.A. in Linguistics with TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). My graduation Thesis is titled as “Aspects of Phonological Exchange: Borrowings in Japanese”. I obtained my B.A in English Language and Literature from
Nanzan University, Nagoya, Japan.
