I love teaching and tutoring and have been doing it for over 9 years. I am a licensed CPA and earned my JD with specializations in both business law and policy and taxation at UCLA.

I simply love numbers and math. I can explain key concepts in a plethora of ways until my student grasps the material.

I understand business, corporate finance, real estate finance, and accounting courses through and through. In college I even was hired by a student in the class I was taking to work through the homework with him and explain the key concepts. It was for a data analysis for decision making course.
