"I am a passionate educator with 15 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and leadership. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from St. Peter’s University and later pursued my Master’s degree in Policy and Leadership Management from Seton Hall University. Additionally, I hold teaching certifications for grades K-6 and a Supervisor Certification, which allows me to lead and support other educators in the classroom.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to teach across multiple grade levels, from Kindergarten through Grade 7. This diverse teaching experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of students' developmental stages and learning needs. I have taught in grades K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7, which has allowed me to create a broad range of instructional strategies to support different learning styles and abilities.

In addition to my classroom teaching, I have taken on leadership roles in coaching teachers and leading Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). I have a strong passion for supporting my peers in their professional growth, particularly in the area of mathematics instruction. Through coaching and facilitating PLCs, I have helped educators implement effective strategies to teach math in engaging and meaningful ways. I have worked with teams to design curriculum, identify student needs, and analyze data to inform instruction. This collaborative work has allowed me to foster an environment where teachers feel supported, inspired, and empowered to succeed in their roles.
