"I have a master's in education and a Kansas teaching certification in grades K-6. I am completing a 18 hour online course through Drury University in educational instruction. I currently teach an online course with the University of Phoenix.

Although I am not teaching currently, I do work in a field related to educational testing. I have two children in the Olathe school district. I am an active PTO and site council member at their elementary school. I plan to be a member of the PTO for middle school this coming fall. I enjoy working with students and watching them overcome challenges and being successful in their academic careers."
