"Kathy believes that it is very valuable for students of all ages to understand basic mathematics and how it can help them become successful. Her experiences in education, engineering, business and family have provided her with the tools to be a strong educator.

Kathy has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of business to share with her students. She earned her BS degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education. After graduation, Kathy taught junior high school mathematics for two years. She then became a computer engineer and achieved a MSEE degree in Computer Systems Engineering.

For the past five years Kathy has been tutoring children ages 6 and up who need remedial work in Mathematics. In addition to helpings students prepare for the SAT and ACT, Kathy has taught SAT Prep classes in mathematics.

Kathy is committed to the academic growth of her students, and to help them reach their full potential.
