"I have been studying Latin in school since sixth grade, and have experienced various popular curricula such as Mae Carden's Latin course, Hans Orberg's Lingua Latina, the Cambridge Latin Course, Bradley’s Arnold Latin Prose Composition, and Learn to Read Latin. In high school, I received medals from the National Latin Exam receiving both silver and bronze awards.

In my collegiate studies, I primarily had courses on the golden age authors Catullus, Cicero, Virgil, Horace, and Livy. However, I did take courses on medieval (De Ortu Waluuanii Nepotis Arturi), Late Antique/Christian (Augustine), and archaic Latin (Terrence's Adelphoe). Regarding Terrence's Adelphoe, I, alongside my classmates, had the privilege of performing a production of the Adelphoe in the original Latin (I was Dromo, Parmeno, and Pamphila). In addition to studying literature, I also participated in a seminar on how to compose proper Golden Age Latin prose with Bradley’s Arnold Latin Prose Composition as the textbook. In addition to the study of the Latin language, I also have experience with other works of Latin through Roman history and culture classes.

In addition to my collegiate studies, I also participated in the Latin Teaching Program where I alongside a fellow student would teach an elementary school course on Latin language to third or fourth graders, focusing on building a foundation of simple noun and verb morphology.
