"I earned my first degree in law at the University of Caen, France. I then pursued an MBA at Arthur D. Little, now Hult International Business School in Cambridge, MA. I returned to the study of law after a career in Banking (Security Dept), Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance. I earned an LLM, Master's in Law, at American University, Washington College of Law and started a general practice. Clients included individuals, enterprise and government. Subject-matter expertises emerged in international law and international business transaction; US Immigration Law; Real Estate and Tenant-Landlord Law; enterprise creation & financing, banking Law & fintech; and federal practice.

Very early in my practice, I established a mentoring and internship program. Over the years, I have developed collaborative agreements with several higher education institutions around the world and interns have arrived from many countries including Chile, Colombia, India, Belgium, Jamaica, France, China and several US States to name a few places of provenance.

Teaching and guiding law and business students is extremely rewarding to me. I have since shifted my career to edtech and teaching exclusively. I am at the cusp of where technology meets education. And it is a passionate and enriching affair.

In these new entrepreneurial endeavors, I have created programs and courses that are technology-enriched and use state of the art tools and applications. For example, I have integrated e-rater in my writing training and tutoring. The e-rater is an integrated software from my publisher that corrects and grades essay-type writing. While the e-rater applies to any academic and professional such writing, the application works particularly well for training bar exam takers for the MEE and MPT.
