I work as a prosecuting attorney at the county level. I prosecute most types of crimes from retail theft to homicides. I am a trial attorney and spend a lot of time in courtrooms. Because of my position I regularly teach young people about Gospel principles and council with them on how to live happy, productive lives. I also regularly speak to the entire congregation.
I also volunteer in my community. I regularly present at a Careers in Law Enforcement class at one of the local universities. I also participate in the Wills for Heroes Program and the High School Mock trial competition every year. I believe that society benefits when its citizens volunteer in the community.
During my free time I enjoy reading, cycling, and hiking. If I am not at work or at church, then you will find me outside playing with the kids. There is something special about being outside. It allows people to connect in a special way.
