"Kierstyn is a professional multi-instrumentalist with over fourteen years of music private lesson experience. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2017 with a degree in Music Composition and an emphasis in piano. She has played the piano since she was three years old, drums since she was five, and guitar since she was eleven. Currently, she is the founder, songwriter, and producer in the pop jazz duo Zoetic, with more than 80,000 combined followers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and who's original music has been streamed over half a million times.
Kierstyn has taught more than seventy students over the last fifteen years, and helps her students learn the songs they want to learn on instruments they are passionate about. She can teach piano in a classical, jazz, or pop style. Guitar and drums can be taught in the following genres: pop, rock, country, metal, and worship.
She can also teach songwriting, music theory, and composition. She won the Arizona statewide Women's Composers Competition in 2015, was nominated for an ariZoni award for her original score for the musical "Poseidon's Regret" in 2016, and was a semi-finalist in the International Songwriting Competition for her original song "Worth It" in 2022.
