"I am a Learning Consultant and Educational Therapist for more than 30 years who specializes in children, adolescents, and adults with Learning Disabilities, Dyslexia, and ADHD. My research-based, multisensory approach in the treatment of these disorders is effective in remediating skill deficits in the areas of reading, written language, and math. My practice includes consultations, evaluations, and academic support. I use research-based methodologies, such as Orton-Gillingham, to teach reading and writing which is direct, explicit, systematic, cumulative, intensive, and multisensory.

I received a B.A. degree in Elementary Education and an M.Ed. in Special Education in Learning Disabilities. I hold a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Supervision from Fordham University where I won the Phi Delta Kappa "Best Dissertation of the Year Award. My doctoral dissertation has also been published.
