I am a teacher at a local high school and professional tutor with over twenty years of experience. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Russian literature and psychology from Mount Holyoke College, a post-bacc in writing from School of the Art Institute of Chicago, a master's degree in special education from Salem State University, and a master's degree in counseling psychology from Lesley University. I am licensed in English and history in addition to special education. I am currently as a case manager, advocate, and special education teacher in inclusion classes at local high school. I also teach Academic Support, which focuses on building students' executive functioning skills. I am certified as a Master Tutor by The College Reading and Learning Association. I've edited several books and multiple graduate level theses.

I have logged thousands of hours teaching writing and study strategies to high school, undergraduate, and graduate students.
