"Greetings, my name is Quanethia Rhodes. I am an American who hold a Masters' Degree in Counselor Education & a Bachelors' Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies to teach Reading, Language, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies to Grade 1 thru Grade 6 students. In addition to my degrees; I have also earned 120 hours of TESOL certification and 150 credit hours of additional Science. I have 15 years experience teaching students from G1-G6. I possess the knowledge of proven curriculum building with achievable student goals through observation and assessments. My duties consist of teaching, lesson planning, student goal setting, ESL teaching, curriculum building, conference with parents/family, student documentation, grade and academic reporting, and disaggregating data for future planning towards student next step goals. Being a member of our SDMC allowed me to become a Teacher Leader (mentoring new teachers) and DAC Representative (mediate disagreements between teachers & administration).
