"I believe that individual students have their own learning styles and I tailor lessons to meet specific student needs. I am a highly motivated and experienced teacher. I have 16 years teaching experience from 4th through 6th grade (all subjects). I continue to teach a class of students that contains general education, special education, and enrichment students. I hold a NJ teaching certificate (Elementary education K-5 and Middle School Language Arts). I am patient and have a number of strategies that simplify more complex skills."
