"I have 7 years experience teaching at the high school level. When history is taught as a relevant part of our lives and culture, it becomes easy, and I notice students making connections between historical events and people with their own lives and experience.

French was my minor because it is such a beautiful language that I find brings a better understanding of English, and vice versa. I have built up my own curriculum for French 1 and 2, and have excellent pronunciation and grammatical skills.

I look forward to helping students gain confidence in themselves through gaining a wider perspective and improving their grades.

French was my minor at Wayne State. I taught French 1 during my first year of teaching in Southfield, and French 2 for a year in Burton. I love French, and am very knowledgeable about multiple aspects of the language.

Although my degree is in history and French, I have always been an outstanding writer. I worked for about a decade writing in a political office, including speeches, testimony, testimonials, and doing research for the latter.
