After graduating, I spent five years working at a newspaper in El Paso, Texas. My father was a professor and my sister is now. My wife teaches and works as a tutor. To be honest, I never really wanted to work in a classroom, but I have always loved working one on one with people. I have had many opportunities to do so while working as an editor in a newsroom, and now I want to use the skills I have learned in the community.
I have 33 years of experience writing and editing newspaper articles.
A love of history, especially American history, and a profound and ongoing passion for politics and current events.
If you want to improve your writing or learn more about government and politics and current events, figure out a way to get in touch with me. We will have a great time working and learning together." less...
