"Being in school or involved with some type of educational experience has always been central to my life. Now I am a graduate student in English and Creative Writing, so I'm actively involved in the educational process once again. I'm familiar with the GRE and with essay tests in general. I know what it is to face a standardized test with complicated questions basically designed to lull the test-taker into selecting false answers.

Everybody needs a learning strategy. Sometimes, we also need a test-taking strategy and an information gathering strategy. If we don't take these required actions seriously, we may end up wasting time and not honing in on the most essential material. This is true whether we are at work on an academic research paper, making preparation for an exam, or in the process of taking a standardized test.

I'm particularly good at making the most of study and research time. I figure out what is essential and lock into that. This strategy has made me a successful student, with membership in Phi Kappa Phi and Sigma Tau Delta to prove it. Presently I have a 4.0 average in my graduate program, with 18 hours completed. My approach seems to be working. I can share the essence of it with any scholar of any age, and am glad to do so.
