"Hi everyone, my name is Dylan, and I am a current graduate student at Bluefield University/Via Edward College of Osteopathic Medicine. Prior to my start here, I attended Duquesne University for my B.S. in biology and minor in biochemistry for four years where I graduated magna cum laude. Then I went on to pursue my M.S. in biotechnology. Currently, I am working on my master’s in biochemical sciences and will be starting medical school this upcoming summer. My hobbies include running, hiking, making new friends, volunteering, performing research, and learning.

I have extensive knowledge in many different scientific disciplines, and I really want to help you to learn the information you need to learn for your classes. My approach to tutoring is finding out how you learn best and then making a game plan in our sessions to make sure you learn the information you need to be successful. My favorite part about helping others learn is that I get to meet new people and use the knowledge I have accumulated throughout my schooling to educate you.

With my extensive background in many science-based courses, especially in the biological realm, there are many different courses I will be able to help you with. I have taken advanced courses in general biology I and II, cell and molecular biology, human physiology, anatomy, endocrinology, and extensive biology laboratory courses. I have also taken classes in general chemistry I and II, organic chemistry I and II, biochemistry I and II, and biochemistry for life sciences. I have been tutoring now for over a year and have gained a lot of experience and enjoyment out of doing it.
