"As a local Marine Patrol Officer, I have experience with students of all ages. My experience in Criminal Justice goes back to 2011, when I started college for CJ. I held two positions and two different police departments prior to going to the Police Academy. In Criminal Justice, I have experienced the spectrum from initiating contact, to investigation of incidents (with interviews and interrogations), and the arrest phase as well.

My philosophy has changed over the last four years, and I am currently pursuing my PhD in Criminal Justice, so that I can teach to college-level students. My experience and studies in this field will allow me to help other students succeed in this field.

Having experience in the field as a police/ peace officer, as well as having a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology. My Bachelor's degree is in general criminal justice studies. I also instruct to students of all ages about water safety at my current law enforcement position (Marine Patrol Officer).
