Hi! My name is Dr. Robin Y.

I earned my PhD and MS graduate degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from UC Davis. Between my university work and postdoc research position as an Applied Machine Learning Engineer at LLNL (NIF) I have published dozens of research papers in top journals. To do this I developed many high-ranking frameworks in the fields of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision (including image classification and object detection), and/or Data Science. Some of the main Python libraries I used and continue to use today (in consulting and research projects with clients) are Pytorch, Tensorflow, Sklearn, Numpy, Pandas, and OpenCV, so I am well-equipped to help with anything related to these.

I am currently employed as a college professor of Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. At UC Davis I taught 2 Machine Learning courses with 150+ students, where I created all lessons and course materials from scratch on my own. Before that, I was a Computer Science/Engineering Teaching Assistant and tutor throughout grad/undergraduate school.
