My passion for teaching stems from a transformative experience in high school calculus, where I learned math could be creative and exciting. This inspired me to pursue advanced coursework in subjects like Linear Algebra and Abstract Algebra, further enriching my ability to teach a wide range of topics. Additionally, my education courses equipped me with strategies to accommodate various learning styles, which I consistently apply in my instruction.
Currently, I’m an 8th Grade Math AIS Teacher, focusing on small-group instruction for students who need additional support. I use interactive problem-solving, visual aids, and real-world examples to simplify complex concepts in a virtual tutoring setting.
