"Having been privileged to attend a gifted students' program in my elementary and middle school years, I experienced joy in learning and gained the confidence I needed to apply for and attend an elite all-girls private high school on scholarship. Now, as an adult with a Master's degree in Secondary Education, a Bachelor's degree in English, and over 30 years of instruction and tutoring in reading, writing and ESL for grades K-adult, I come to Wyzant ready to provide tutoring and editing services for all ages, in return. My hope is to inspire love for education and build academic confidence in my students, the way it was built in me: with great one-on-one coaching.

I believe all students can learn and excel. To that end, I have experience in tutoring students with a wide range of abilities (including ADHD, Autism Spectrum and gifted students), and editing writing for all adults, whether the writing is a thesis for medical interns, college application essays, or MBA coursework.
