I am a Springfield College graduate with a Master's degree in Education for Art Therapy and Counseling where I was the program graduate fellow where I assisted with curriculum, classes, students, faculty and completed psychology and art therapy based research. I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Art Therapy and Psychology and an Associate's degree in Photographic Imaging. I was an active participant in the honors program throughout my undergraduate studies and completed an APA style thesis. I have experience facilitating study groups and individual tutoring in a multitude of subjects both online and in person. I am an experienced proofreader and editor. I have 5+ years professional experience in mental health leading psychoeducational groups, therapeutic writing and art groups for adolescents and adults. Additionally, I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher actively teaching online; I enjoy incorporating mindfulness into everyday activities whenever possible.

Each individual has their own unique learning style and my aim is to help individuals in the way that suits their needs best to help them meet their goals. I am always happy to collaborate with individuals, parents, or teachers. My approach is person centered and strengths based.
