"I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016 with an honors physics degree. I started tutoring when I was a student and have continued since graduating. I have over 3,500 hours of experience tutoring high school and college level physics and math - a majority of which is online.
I enjoyed studying math and physics during college but found my passion in helping students understand difficult concepts and learn how to approach new topics. I want my students to eventually not need me. A lot of students that I've taught have become tutors in the material themselves.
At the beginning of each session, I go over the short-term and long-term goals of the session and adjust my tutoring style accordingly. I am always looking for feedback. If in the middle of a session you don't feel like I'm doing the very best job possible, we will take a step back and try something else.
