My tutoring experience includes a total of 317 hours logged through Wyzant plus countless hours I have spent helping fellow classmates. I enjoy helping others succeed because I appreciate the effort it takes to increase one's skills and understanding of a subject that is difficult. I use to be a poor math student as well, until someone took the time to explain it another way to me until finally it clicked.
I also use to work as a Registered Behavioral Technician working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. All it takes is getting to know the child well enough to help guide them through the subject allowing them to come to their own means of looking at the problem in order to solve it successfully and eventually independently." less...
