I am a certified teacher with two Master's degrees and more than seven years of professional teaching experience. I worked internationally as a teacher for seven years before returning to the US to begin my career as a librarian. In addition to teaching formal classes I have been tutoring and giving individualized instruction for an additional seven years and have had students ranging from elementary age to adults.

While studying I received a BA from Hope College including a major in religion and minor in Spanish. I continued my education at Fuller Seminary where I received a Master's of Divinity and worked internationally as a missionary. Upon returning to the US I completed a Master's degree in Library Science and work full time as a reference librarian.
