My approach to teaching and tutoring is to get to know you or your child to determine the areas you are seeking help with. I am interested in working with you according to you or your child's learning style. As an educator, I have supported students in 1:1 settings and in small groups from Pre-K through grade 8. In my experience as a teacher of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, I have created and implemented activities to support the student's mental, physical, social-emotional, and academic development through activities in the content areas of math, reading and language arts, science, social studies and art.

As a K-8 Para Educator, I worked with students across a wide variety of diagnoses, including Autism, ADHD, vision impairment, speech impairment and physical impairment. I supported my students depending upon what their IEPs dictated and what the students needed to be successful. I also worked with students in education programs who needed classroom support and homework help. I have a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies. I have been teaching and working with students in schools for over 20 years.
