"I am a teacher and philosophy scholar in the math department at The Frederick Gunn School, a small boarding school nestled in the idyllic forests and farms of northwest Connecticut. I have been teaching AP Statistics and regular statistics for the last two years. I received my M.A. in philosophy from Boston College in 2023 and my B.S. in Philosophy and Mathematics from the University of Oregon in the spring of 2020.
Over the years, I have developed competencies in a wide variety of subjects: mathematics, logic, and philosophy. I am happy to help you find success in any of these topics, from high school classes to advanced undergraduate courses in these subjects. My specialties in mathematics are Algebra (1 and 2), Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, AP Calculus, AP Statistics and Intro to Statistics, Discrete Math, Intro to Proof, Set Theory, and Linear Algebra. My specialties in logic include propositional logic, predicate logic, natural deduction, and non-classical logic.
