"I have a master's degree in electrical engineering, and a GPA of 3.7 in both bachelor of science and master's degree. I have been tutoring since I was in high school. During my school days, I would tutor my classmates and my siblings.
I officially started tutoring five years ago at a tutoring center at my university. I was hired as a Math Tutor , but the director of the tutoring center observed my tutoring skills and knowledge in the other courses such as General Chemistery 1, Physics, Engineering and Science, and Electrical Engineering courses and asked me to tutor all these courses. I have also received International Level 1 certified tutor award by CRLA tutoring program in 2012.
In addition, I was a Teaching Assistant for engineering courses such as Fundamentals of Analog Devices and Modeling of Engineering Systems at my university. The Coordinator for Electrical Engineering at the university offered me the job of teaching Fundamentals of Analog Devices course after completing my masters, because the students in that course were very happy under my teaching assistant-ship. Consequently, I am currently working as an Adjunct Professor. Tutoring/teaching has been my passion, and I love helping students.
Math is fun! I love explaining math problems, with example. I help students according to their level of understanding. If I notice that a student does not understand something, I explain it in a different way until they understand. Usually, if a student doesn't understand any problem, he/she is lacking in basics, so I try to explain them the basic part to make them feel comfortable with the subject.
I am generally available from 9 am to 11 pm. I can travel to students or meet them online. Contact me for more details.
I look forward to hear from you!" less...
